Be prepared – uni offers next week

MANY 2023 NSW HSC students will soon have all the information they need to start planning for next year. Their ATARs were released today and they'll find out shortly if they’ve been offered a place at university in 2024.

The Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) will release offers to Year 12 students next Thursday 21 December. Applicants will receive offers via email from 7.30am or they can check if they have an offer on UAC’s website.

Students have until 11.59pm tomorrow, Friday 15 December, to finalise their course preferences for this round.

Kim Paino, Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer, said, ‘Now that students have their results, many of them will be turning their attention to their university application. For those wanting to go to uni next year and looking at changing their preferences, I encourage them to consider all their options and reach out to universities and to UAC if we can help in any way.’

If students have any questions about their application and changing preferences, they can contact UAC Customer Service on (02) 9752 0200. It will be operating extended opening hours – until 6.30pm on Friday – for students who have queries about changing their preferences.
