UAC applicant processing charges

UAC fees and charges are not refundable, except as required by law.

Applications must be completed, paid for and submitted by 11.59pm on the relevant closing date. If you don't pay the processing charge, your application can't be processed and you won't be made an offer. It may take up to three working days for your payment to clear with your financial institution and to be reflected in your application.

Charges and fees paid cannot be transferred from one admissions period to another. You must keep a record of the date and time of your payment. All fees and charges are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

All fees are subject to change after 30 June 2024.

Since August 2018 we have not accepted hard copy documents. Any submitted after that date were scanned as PDFs and then destroyed.

If you submitted hard copy documents after August 2018, we can return the PDFs to you or transfer the PDFs to another application for the fee listed below.

If you submitted hard copy documents before August 2018 but less than 7 years ago, we can return them to you or transfer them to another application for the fee listed below.

Documents submitted more than 7 years ago have now been destroyed.

Payment methods

Online applications

UAC accepts payment by credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard cards that have been enabled for online payment) or PayPal.

If your payment is unsuccessful, contact your bank or prepaid debit card retailer.

If you choose to use PayPal, and you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to set up your account well before any closing dates.

Current Year 12 applicants can also 'commit to pay' using BPAY. Payment must be made in order to have your application assessed and receive an offer.
